Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Any apparel or accessories will be shipped separately to any seasoning order and have their own processing time. Currently, we are dropshipping all apparel so those orders will be made to order, processed, and shipped from our vendor.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States and Canada. We plan to add more countries and territories later.
US Flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all seasoning and sauce orders within the United States. Orders including apparel will have a separate shipping rate. Any orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
Canadian shipping: Any orders going to Canada will have calculated shipping at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hkseasoning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
