This rub was born to redefine boring barbecue. SPG was the reason I started doing what I do, to kill the monotony of the isle full of barbecue seasonings at the grocery store. I made my own “perfect” blend of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic, then added some heat to take it up a notch. Accurate, loaded hot, and ready to rock......SPG!!
Perfectly paired with brisket and beef. Not overbearing with heat, honestly very minimal at best. The distinct flavors of the Sriracha will take your typical Texas rubbed brisket and add some spunk. Feel free to try on any beef entree as I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
